Steve Rogers base, Ultimate Cap lower legs, boots, vest, belt. Playmates original Grifter head. Used Model Masters paints on entire figure except the hands and the Grifter head. Paint is original on those but this is my very FIRST CUSTOM and I have this website to thank for giving me the desire to do so! Hope you enjoy!

Sorry took so long to respond, haven't been on this site in YEARS! I drilled out the inside and filled it with a chunk of kneadable eraser to fit over the ball joint. Hope this helps!
