I was mightily impressed by the size of this figure once it was fully assembled, however the paint work was just underwhelming. Also, the lack of real torso articulation bothered me. So I took the dremel to the square bit inside the torso and rounded it off to get some proper turning going. Next task was a top to bottom repaint. I disassembled the robeast and started with a coat of Testors gloss black, then drybrushed it with silver. Using movie and concept pictures as a starting point, I added the top layers of gold, metallic red, and a touch of white for the helmet and reactor lenses. I added some different accents here and there to make it my own, and finally I have a Veronica worthy of the moniker Legend. Hope you guys and gals like it!
