I got the idea to do this when my 4.1 inches Cap (added height) can't stand well for display.
I drilled the Iron Man's mouth and glued a bicycle toy's spoke rims as an antenna to get Ultron's head look.
The damaged Ultron's hand is from Kenner Mr Freeze's 5 POA figure.
An unused China military toy's rifle also was glued on the base.
Other parts are taken from a mechanical pen.
