Head: Jakks WWE Sandman with sculpted hair. Yes, that's right, it's from a figure of a wrestler who is also called "SANDMAN".

Thank you Frenchtouch, the head is from the former WWE wrestler who is coincidentally also named Sandman. That's where the idea began, to make Sandman as Sandman.
