This project took about a year and a bit to make, was very much an on and off process in that I needed to find time to complete him. There were also some struggles along the way, which is why he took so long to finish, but I got there in the end. He's made from a 1st app grey hulk with some mods to the proportions and complete sculpt work to every part of the body. The look I was trying to capture was his appearance in the uncanny x-force run of comics where he was called Genocide, taking some liberties with the design to translate it well enough to physical form. So while not 100% faithful to the source material, I feel he captures the appearance well enough.

The helmet/dome on his head was from a gashapon toy, sculpted over and attached with magnets so it can be removed and the skull can be posed. The gun arm was mainly fodder while most other areas are complete original sculpts.
He was painted with citadel paints, airbrushing the orange areas to capture a glowing appearance, topped with clear orange.
This piece has been my most ambitious custom to date, problem solving along the way, and I'm glad he's finally over.
