I had this human torch figure I didn't like and I thought it'd make a good base for a 6"- scale The Man on Fire, from Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain.
Sculpted the mask on it's face and stuck a bunch of wire clippings to be the "bullets"
I also used USB wires stuck to eachother to do the weird "wires" that he has on it's chest/shoulders.
Stuck some plastic washers on it's arms and neck.
Gave it a paintjob, and voilà

Yeah, I think it worked out pretty good.
The scale of the original figure (was something like 7"

didn't work at all too, so I'm glad I made this custom. It'll look good when I make a Punished snake with a 6" figure
