This is a birthday gift for a friend, who is a big fan of Iceman.
And as I noticed the contest "Unite the Elements", it was the occasion to kill two birds with one stone...

Speaking of stone, for the display base, I've used a chunk of concrete from a wall I've had demolished in my backyard, some weeks ago...
Repainted it in white, added sculpted letters in FIMO. Gave it a light blue wash.

For the figure :
Base : MU Steve Rogers
Head : MU Reed Richards with sculpt in the hair
Hands : MU Scarlet Spider
Lower legs : MU Punisher (to have some white ankle articulation)
Painted with white and light blue.

Ice effects :
Hot glue (for the spikes, I made them separately, recut them then glued them on the bases)
They can either be positioned on the figure's hands or as decorating elements on the base.
The base itself is heavy enough to be used as a bookend.

I hope my friend will enjoy it, I surely had a(n) (ice)blast doing this one !
