Hello everyone, new to the realm. Here's the recipe for my custom.

Base body: I used the Nick Fury from the TRUS exclusive Age of ultron 3 pack.
Arms: The arms came from a Marvel Now Cyclops, but I kept the Fury hands.
Head/mask: The head is a Clint Barton/Ronin wiht some of the hair shaved off. For the mask I used real cloth (spandex/polyester), and I hand stitched it.
Arnis sitcks: These are made from real wood.
Holster: I kept the original gun holster the figure came with but modified it by adding some plastic tubes from my fodder bin.
Elbow pads. These also came from the fodder bin, they belonged to some mattel wrestler figure.

Paint job: Since the base figure was mostly black with some gloss accents, I just painted the areas that required it and gave the figure some washes to give the outfit a worn/weathered look like in the series.
