I've been wanting to make this guy for awhile. I had an idea of what I wanted to do, but I lacked the ambition. Seeing this contest really lit a fire under my behind. I love MKX and the new characters in it. The ninjas have always been my favorite part of MK and I think Tremor is a great addition. Here's my recipe.

Torso-Hercules
Arms and legs-Ares
Head- both casts from angel forge
Darth Maul hood, leg armor from storm shadow, his shoulder armor is a mix of straps from wwhulk, skaar, and drax belts. Belt from Goro, and some sculpt.

I like the classic ninja head but I also like how Tremors mask resembles a gas mask so I tried to make both. The hooded head is a normal head cast with the mask part being cut away from a robot ninja cast from angel forge. I was very indecisive about the head and leg design. I wasn't a fan of the baggy pants design Tremor has but at the same time I wanted to try to stay true to his design so I made 2 sets of legs. I sculpted the baggy pants over Ares legs and sculpted the boot straps on both legs. After I sculpted the baggy pants, I actually liked the way it came out. The most time consuming parts of this custom were the sculpted chest and arms, as well as his shoulder armor. They both took forever. I cut the shoulder straps at his mid torso to keep his articulation there. I tried keeping the sculpt very light around the joints so he keeps articulation there as well. I dry brushed 3 different skin tones and 3 different grays and black for his rocky texture. The pictures don't show it very well but I'm very happy with the flesh tones.
