This was a pretty easy custom, and actually something I just put together. I took off Mary Jane's head (tan dress), and drilled a hole in it with a small screwdriver, and then widened the hole with a slightly larger screwdriver. Then, I slipped the head on (it had heated up in my hands) on to Faith's body (Buffy the Vampire Slayer). This Faith had had a broken hip from the get-go, and I'd repaired it by fashioning a new hip joint out of a twice bent over paper clip. Pretty, it's not, but she can sit and stand and fight as stock Faith bodied figures can. Btw, her neck and left shoulder also feature paper clip pins, since the stock plastic ones broke during the customization process. Her t-shirt's logo was removed with acetone, and she's wielding the "board" and stands on her display stand from the original Mary Jane figure. Now she's ready, not just to stand there looking pretty, but fight along side Spider Man.
