Decided to change it up, doing a mattel custom of Hogan. I know WWE made a Mattel version already but this custom fits in better scale with my other mattel's. The recipe: Texas tornado base, Paul Orndoff arms: Hulk Hogan legs, Jakks classic Hogan head. Kevin von Erich knee pads. Basically it's just a part swap, no paint.
