I started with a WWE basic Kane figure. Then I added hot glue to give him his his grotesque texture. Sculpted the pants detail, wristband, and boot detail. The tutu is made from flower pedals and a ziptie belt. The inspiration came from the mop, saw it on eBay and knew it needed a Toxie to wield it.

I was inspired by the Toxic Crusaders line Toxie, but also wanted to get him in his classic tutu, so I used a mix of both Toxie designs.
