This bloke is Ian Peek, a t.v. reporter who exposes shocking celebrity secrets on Batman Beyond's "Sneak Peek".

Since this guy's best feature is his translucence, I didn't want to spoil it by adding any kind of sculpt. I used acetone to wipe off all the paint, and then spray painted him with a base layer of dark transparent blue. Then I sprayed him with several layers of a super light-blue glow-in-the-dark color. I then used citadel paints to dab black spots all over his body and white for the eyes. Simple, but just such a lovely shade of blue! I can see my fingers moving in the back through his body even in a dim room, and he glows so brightly you can even see it in the daylight around his hands! When you hold it up to a window during the day, it's simply fascinating. If only cameras would ever cooperate. Paint rub is not a problem with this figure at all, I highly recommend it to anyone needing a translucent character!
