Ezra Cobb is a character from the 1974 horror movie, Deranged. Based off the real life Ed Gein (America's most bizarre murder). In the movie Ezra digs up his deceased mother after being in the ground for a year. He takes her home and puts her right back where he left her when she died. Ezra then finds out through the obituaries that you can find out when and where a body has been buried and proceeds to use the obits as a map to go dig up "friends" for his mother. It is truly a freaky, weird, macabre film. I only just discovered it recently and when I did watch it I couldn't help but laugh and wince at how totally insane and over the top the movie was. Naturally I had to pay tribute. I made Ezra from a Marv Merchants NECA figure. I resculpted over the head and made most of the accessories from scratch. (The obits, tombstone and grave, hat, shovel, belly drum and drum stick, antifreeze) Thanks for taking a look!
