I can't believe I forgot to post this, it's my Secret Santa project. The list I got was great, many figures I wanted to make, but in particular was this guy. I've always been a fan of Warhammer 40k, orks in particular, so I was happy to put this together. I used a Gears of War figure for the legs, Birdie from Street Fighter for the torso, Mandroid arm, Hobgoblin head with sculpted face, and built the armor pieces and missile platform from scratch.

The chainsaw came with one of those dollar tree wrestlers, I just filled it in with apoxie, sanded it smooth and I added blades cut from styrene (same as I used for the armor).
