Excellent custom and concept !!!!

I like how inhuman the figure looks, like it's missing the bottom half of its face, or the head is just a nub on a stumpy wrinkled neck.

The white crystal things look like maybe the caps from a hypodermic needle, or the caps from super glue tubes lol. Anyway, good use of parts

The long pieces are indeed syringe covers. (My sister is a retired nurse and she used to bring home all sorts of great plastic waste from the hospital when she was working up here. The bases for my small scale figures – AIM Agent, Ra-Zor, etc. – are rings from IV bottles!) There are spent magic markers inside those covers. That’s a Clorox bleach bottle cap on the bottom, and the diagonally cut piece is a tape spool. The textured floor was cut from a vacuumed formed food tray.

When it came time to paint the base, I considered all sorts of color schemes, but tried something different and went black & white to contrast the figure.
