The PS2 era of MK introduced quite a few new characters. Some were liked and some were...not so much. The one that everyone seemed to agree on was Kenshi. And he is pretty awesome.

My take on him started with a Winter Soldier Captain America. The lower legs are from an Avengers Captain America, the head is a TDKR Bruce Wayne, the hands are from a movie Thor, and the sword is from a Snake Eyes. The bandanna, shoulder pad, sheath, and sash around his chest are all fodder.
