Thought you were getting some movie figure? guess again! something even better! Deadpool in skimpy clothes!

Second custom of the new year is an original design. I am not a BIG deadpool fan, but saw a savage silver surfer body in the fodder bin and somehow thought I could pull this off...Kinda a "Deadpool does Tarzan" look. Only smaller build sooo a little more pathetic...plays into the humor for me. Especially if I ever get/make more savage land characters.

I grabbed the union jack head and eyeballed it...looked OK. for the feet, to retain articulation, I had a pair of feet from casting cave but CUT the surfer feet right below the rotation. glued, sculpted over, painted.

Sculpted the nipples. Gotta have nipples. Looked SO weird without them.

I mixed some aves apoxie, took bits from it, smudged them on the nipple area and let it cure. I painted over it. when I saw it wasn't what I wanted, I sanded. Yes it takes time, but worth it. So I sanded with 320 grit, and folded the 320 paper to softly edge shape without harming the original body too much. then I proceeded to paint over them again.

This was my first attempt at using dollar paints to airbrush as well. I used various tones (maybe 12 mixing as I went) in multiple layers with Golden Airbrush Medium. I highly recommend this product guys! Although it takes time to get the hang of thinning paints and winging it, it can really be rewarding. So I airbrushed everything and painted the leopard spots...

The knife was fodder. I'm thinking about arming him with kraven's spear and giving him a necklace, but somehow I feel like that would really be forcing my idea.
