Painfully and carefully sculpted from the DC Icons flagship Batman, while retaining the amazing articulations.

The stock DC Icons Batman is already amazing stuff on its own; crazy good sculpt and impressive paintjob (figure was mass produced, mind you).

Repainted the head and face. Gave him stubbles and everything found on Ben Affleck's face.
Resculpted the neck to look thicker, and revamped the entire shoulders and arms to look wider and muscular. Chest was made really big so the abdomen area was sculpted to look like the big scary Batfleck Batman.
Sculpted the muscles, legs, knee, boots, tailoring of the suit and almost everything else.

Basically he was made to look big and strong.

Cape was remolded and made a little less stiff.

Painted metal parts, gold knuckles and front of boots, shadowed, layered and weathered the cape, belt, gloves and boots to match the trailer photos.
