One of my favorite Customs is Shar Dakhan, Warlord of the famous Naga Sadow.
This Figure was already quite difficult.
There are few comicpictures, where Dakhan is completely visible.
But I think if you compare these images with my figure, the similarity should be recognizable. I hope so ;)
Let´s start this making of:

The main body is from Yuuzhan Vong Nom Anor.
First I cut the many side stings on the armour.
Head of Vilmarh Grahrk, (horns removed)
The Helmet of Marvels Loki
The Horns of helmet shortened slightly and forward extended on both sides of the face protection.
Sculpted shoulder/back armour and hand shield with air-drying modeling clay.
The cape of red fabric remnants cut (my socks :D ) and fixed with a chain under the shoulder/back armour.
The short white skirt cut, glued and painted with golden borders/stripes.
Finally the original very long Sword of Lady Death Dark Alliance I´ve shortened (cut and pasted with glue)
