I had an extra Cap Marvel laying around and a few days to kill while waiting for some more fodder to arrive. I saw King Zorn do a similar Dazzler last year, and thought it looked great. I changed things around slightly, but basically followed his recipe and design.

That's the beauty of this recipe. I didn't have to paint the star. It was already on the chest of captain marvel. I just had to paint around the star.
