Head, torso, upper arms, hands, legs: MU Jubilee

I liked Jubilees size for this one, just had to do something with the arms. I transplanted Shaanas arms and carved and sanded them down some to fit the petite frame. Sculpted the hair and added goggles from some GI Joe fodder.
I used a skirt piece from some Joe fodder also, and the belt from an MU Darkhawk. Sculpted the vest, the R symbol and the boots. The cape came from a Injustice Raven.
She was a bit more challenging than I expected going in, but I'm happy with how she turned out. Thanks for checking her out.
