Awesome work! The face especially really looks like Jubilee from the Animated Series.

That's great, mate! The hair is really nice and the jacket is a very good substitute for the expensive BAF's one. But I really like the head/face you used. I've seen many other customs use this exact head, and those don't look entirely accurate. But this one does! I think it's the combination of awesome sculpting plus the way you've painted the eyes? She really does look Asian.

Just the wrinkles/indentations on the t-shirt area need working on. But other than that, really well done.
