Here's a quick fix I did of the Black Series Kylo Ren. Complete repaint with gray shading on the body, repainted the lightsaber hilt and blade, glued the hood to the scarf to make it look better and gave him two new interchangeable hands - fist and force lighting - both from ML movie Electro.
I also shortened his tunic.
I'm really proud of all the clean line work I did on the helmet.
