DC's Arsenal / Red Arrow New 52 figure. I used a GI Joe, Snake Eye figure as base. The head is a random joe fig as well, and sculpted the hair and mask on his eye. The cap, arrow-bag are molded and sculpted thanks to waterstop epoxy clay. The bow came from MU hawkeye. Thanks for looking! :)
