Hi guys! This my latest custom of Oliver Queen, during his time in Hong Kong as shown in Arrow Season 3. The recipe for this custom comprised of a random WWE Elite Figure. All the details for the bomber jacket, pants, beanie and hair were sculpted over the base figure. Pretty happy with how this custom turned out.
