Hi All, Recipe Trooper - is from Bandai and has the pauldron is from the Bandai Sandtrooper kit and the ammo pouches are from the Hasbro Sandtrooper, I used cloth instead of balloons to cober up the joints. The trooper was given a coat of medium grey and then sprayed metallic black, I then gave it chipped armour by dapping flat black and then a mix of silver and black were I first dapped the flat black. Base - is from the Bandai trooper kit, I added balsa wood sides and then built the wall using plasti card and greeblies from my bits box. The containers are asthma puffers which I cut the plastic top off and added 1/72 tank parts to the top. The tubes running across the floor are from an old cables I had in the cupboard. The base was sprayed dark grey and then drybrushed medium grey and then drybrushed again with light grey and then a mix of light grey/flat black and gun metal was used to give the wall a old weathered look. I used Tamiya medium grey first as an under coat then Tamiya Metallic Black and used them on a Bandai Stormtrooper. The chipped armour was done using Vallejo matt black and then a mix of Vallejo matt black and silver were mixed together to tone down the silver and then it was dapped over the matt black area's that I did before. I then used Vallejo silver to paint the eye lens, mouth and grill section of the chin.
