Livewire is Superman's Harley Quinn in that she first appeared on television before comics. For some reason it took DC over a decade before they finally added her to the comic universe. Leslie Willis was a 'shock jock' radio personality who gained her powers by being struck by lightning. The lightning also turned her skin a pale white and her hair blue.

Seemed strange Mattel never made her since she doesn't really require anything special but a new head sculpt. But sometimes it's nice to take a break from sculpting pieces, swapping limbs, sanding pieces, etc., and do something nice really requiring just a paint job. So I bought a shrunken down version of the DC Direct Livewire's head, painted along with a repainted DCUC Dove body, and zap!
