So there's a lot of Evolve figures floating about, I would really suggest picking them up as you can grab a large number of them pretty cheap and they've got some neat pieces and parts. I had one of the Sons of Anarchy figures laying around forever, I liked the Ron Perlman head sculpt and I couldn't think if a good project for him. Then Fallout 4 got announced, so here's my jab at a better Power Armor figure than the one I did ages ago.

Anyways, I just kinda dremeled out the neck of the original figure, most of it just popped out right away as a separate piece. Then I lowered the neck down so it looked more like Ron was sitting in a big'ol power suit. Forewarning, despite this being a big chunky figure, the joint plugs are awkwardly small.
