If you answered Shaft, then you daaamn right!!

When I first saw the MU Thunderstrike, I wanted to use that vest for a jacket for John Shaft. Then I saw the MU Chameleon online and thought that he would make a great, simple base for it. Alas, I thought the chameleon had a two piece torso and it'd be as simple as removing one jacket and tossing on the Thunderstrike one, but not so much. He's a full on solid torso. So, needless to say, I was a little bummed, but determined and went back to the drawing board. I found Gung Ho among some fodder and he seemed a good match. I sanded the body down and sculpted the turtle neck sweater. Sculpted the hair, lamb chops and 70s mustache, along with the sleeves on the merged arm sections. I still got some use out of chameleon, but had to lop off the top of the legs and attach and blend the GI Joe upper leg connection points.
I had wanted to make Shaft here for quite some time, and I'm overall quite pleased with the outcome. So, now I will Shut ma mouth! Even though, I'm just talkin' 'bout Shaft! I hope you guys like him, not sure how much of a fan base Shaft has anymore, but he's such a fun character. Thanks for stopping by, folks.
