I was pretty excited to hear about the Jubilee BAF from Marvel Legends; until I actually saw the thing. It was in the boring black suit, and then being a Toys-R-Us exclusive, you had to buy a ton of other figures, and the prices were outrageous. I thought to myself, self, I can make a better figure on my own. To me the Mattel WWE figures are the best for customizing. They are mostly pretty neutral in sculpt, have lots of articulation and tend to be pretty easy to come by. The base figure was an AJ Lee, with the head from the Stryfe figure. I sculpted and sanded the boots and sleeves, then picked up an old Jubilee jacket from the 90's figure. I painted everything with Citadel and Vallejo paint, then clear coated it with the Vallejo matte varnish. I'm pretty happy with her. As for her style, I really wanted the post 90's look; after the Jim Lee era. ![]() |
