"Welcome to the madhouse!" - The Joker

Joining my other inmates it is the Clown Prince of Crime, the Joker!

I'd been struggling on deciding what take on Mr J to do and I decided to just do my own look, partly based on Leto's Joker mixed with bits from others that I like. I wanted a sort of punky victorian, clown gentleman, psycho dandy sort of look, and a large arsenal of weapons ranging from gag jokes to more sinister choices. His shirt looks black, but actually has a purple sheen to it, and the drain in the ally actually glows in the dark and is a vivid toxic waste green, but it hard to get pics of it.
