Carrie Cutter was a special ops for a secret program called Cobalt. She underwent an experiment that made her fearless but also affected her other emotions. Having thought her husband abandoned her she attempted to kill her. Green Arrow saw this and thought the man was attacking her so he fired an arrow at him. Finding the arrow, Cutter became infatuated with Green Arrow, even going so far as to kill many of GA's rogues.

I honestly didn't even read the original issues Cupid first appeared in, but I enjoyed her appearances on CWs Arrow, and eventually went back to check out her comic counterpart. I actually started this custom before last season of Arrow ended in the spring but worked on her as a side project while doing other customs. She's mostly made from the DC Universe Subscription Fire figure as I thought she was one character where Fire's boots logically worked. I modified her belt with some sculpting, and also had to sand down her bustier. In doing so I actually had to re-sculpt her cleavage--giggidy--I think they look pretty decent. That also allowed me to etch her heart tattoo into her chest. Besides that she has gloved hands from a Stargirl figure, and a head from Power Girl sanded down a little around the jawline.

And that's about all. Not the biggest named female villain out there, but pretty cool in her own right. And via Arrow I can put her on my Suicide Squad shelf and not feel like she's totally out of place.
