4th in the line up is Herman Schultz aka The Shocker. To give him a movie look I used an Electro base with Shocker Gauntlets, Ronin head and Wolverine boots. The paint job was inspired by the Reverse Flash from the TV show and I added some little detailing and battle damage and wear and tear as I figure Shocker being a lower rung villain wouldn't be able to afford new costumes and would just try n wear the one he had till it fell apart.
