From the pages of Spider-Man, MISTER NEGATIVE! In case you haven't noticed, I'm a HUGE fan of "badasses in suit" type characters. Couple that with an interesting character design, I HAD to make a MARVEL LEGENDS version of this character. I've made a MU scale version of this guy, but when I got my hands on some extra Coulsons a 6 inch update for this guy was a must! I'm not sure where his katana accessory comes from but the lightning was used from various Marvel Universe figures.
