This is one of those AF I wished Matty made for us fans instead of the Golden Superman: Colombian super friends Capitan Rayo (Captain Ray)! Yes, I know they made the Argentinian Riddler but still Capitan Rayo would had being the best! And he's super powerful: controls the weather, lightning bolts from his hands, super strength, man...super powerful bio!! So I decided to make one. Although I've done him before this time I used a DCC Flash figure with an Orion head and a DCD Power Girl cape to give him an updated costume to fight crime!!  Please wait... |
