I was sure I posted this here but turns out I haven't, so now here it is!

I was looking for loose figures as always and crossed paths with this strange crocodile figure, to this day I still don't know where it is from (though I strongly think it's from Kung Fu Panda...) but as soon as I saw him I couldn't help it but think of King K. Rool! and that was reason enough to bring him home.

I modified many parts as you can see in the WIP pic, I changed the pose of the fingers with heat and I had to make the whole tail since he was missing that part, he also had a button on the left side of his hip to move his tail (Wiggle action!) so I cracked him open and took everything of that mechanism out then sealed the hole where the button was, since I didn't like that the pose of the arms was symmetrical I cut the right arm on the elbow and made an angle to change the pose, I also cut that same arm near the articulation on the shoulder so it was a little bit higher. then sculpted lots, added some belly, made the crown from a pvc tube and painted everything with acrylics and care.

the last touch was the cape which I made from a handkerchief from the suit I used on my school graduation (lol).

and that's it! I liked the base since he was muscular on the arms, though I couldn't make it as fat as the original character but I take it as my personal version, any comment is appreciated! see ya (:

The base figure is Leatherhead from the 2003 TMNT series. Cool idea and good execution!

thanks! he's from Donkey Kong Country! I should have mentioned that on the description he was the final boss and main villain on the DK games made by Rare.
