Here's a simple modification that can help fix Gambit's look.

I decided to attempt and give him more height and articulation, by simple replacing the lower leg with a newer mold such as the 2-pack Bullseye one. With that, it did give the figure a much taller height while giving it an ankle rocker articulation for dynamic poses! I also decided to remedy his "short-thumbed/ thumbless" right hand for him to be able to hold his stick much better.
