Ok so this was a simple pop and swap with some minor cutting and sanding
Legs I shaved out the crotch area to support the panrs from the extended torso. I then cut off part of the holster and sanded it down too look more like a pouch then a gun holster and repainted it black. I also cut off the shoulder bag from the vest and glued it arond the waste I think it looks decent

Chest was just popped of the figma free figure and popped off the indy legs and swapped the head and boom everyones favorite gym leader posed with his partner geodude
