Hey guys, today I present a super quick custom repaint. I had this Legends of the Dark Knight Twister Strike Scarecrow as a kid and loved it, of course, as most childhood toys do, it broke and later disappeared. Anywho, I recently found one on eBay for a fairly decent price. When I got, I noticed a lot of great details that were never painted. I thought it was time for a repaint. I started with a black wash over the hair, goatee, and body. Next, I painted little details like the laces and stitching on hat and suspenders. The figure shot on the back of the card had Scarecrow wearing grey pants, as where the actual figure wore beige, I decided to go with the grey pants and added a black wash. I painted the pieces of wood on back a more natural color. I had to paint all the barber wire throughout the figure to really make it stand out. Lastly, I painted the gums and tongue, since the only mouth detail was the teeth. I really wish I had a before pic to post. Feel free to look it up and tell me how I did. Thanx for viewing.
