After rewatching old Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles episodes with my son I saw a few unique characters I wanted to take a shot at. This one was from the return of the shradder episode I believe. The crooked ninja turtle Gang Member was made from a tmnt 1980's playmates figure. I sculpt the head & back shell with milliput and used various paints then sealed it.
