Interestingly enough, never cared for Justice, but always liked him as Major Victory. I do, however, like this design a little bit. But, I was short on proper heads, so when I was asked to make him, I had to get a little creative. And I was really surprised with how well the star on his chest came out. Last time, I used the Cap star as a simple outline, but this time I forgot and painted over it. But, for fixing it up with no outline, it came out quite nicely. Cut the collar on a Grim Reaper cape down a bit so it'd look more befitting. The head was actually the 25th Anniversary Destro. Sculpted up the hair and then added the mask. Full repaint, and done!
