The base figure is the ML Boomerang. I tried Rit Dye for the first time with this figure but it didn't really work so I just did the standard trimming, sanding, and prepping. I sculpted the belt and filled in the peg holes. The heads are casts of the ROML Epic Heroes Punisher from CastingCave. One is regular sized and the other is slightly shrunk. Update Your Custom
If you need the dye to get a solid basecolor, use VHT Vinyl Dye, it's like 8 bucks a can and will last you a while. It's actual dye that absorbs into the plastic, just do the usual prep work of lightly sanding the surface to let it penetrate.
