The surly siren of the sea, the magnificent murderous mermaid, Captain Cerulean Fin, the most feared mermaid pirate captain. An original concept created for this contest. Her head is a cast of a witchblade figure. The torso and arms are DCUC catwoman's. The tail is foam. The gun and sword are fodder. Her hat and belt were made from faux leather.

It's carved foam pad as a base attached to the thighs, then covered with foam sheet scales.
