In June I decided to do the monsters from The Monster Squad and now a perfect Halloween post. “Can you smelllllllllllllllllll what the Doc is cooking?” Frank was made with the GI Joe Roadblock (v23) The Rock. I chopped off the belt and 3 holsters he had connected to him. The head was epoxied and sliced into to create the stitched effect. I am so happy with the head. His suit is just hockey tape.
