I wasn't sure if this was an action figure or a figurine, but I went with the former since pop vinyls have 1 point of articulation so I'm going to classify them as figures. I got the pop female blank figure a while ago and was asked to make her into Princess Sally, to stir things up a little I decided to make it my very first custom of Sally in her post super genesis wave look. I used apoxie to sculpt on details like her hair and muzzle but aside from that it's mostly a repaint. I love when toy lines make figures that encourage people to customize them.
