Takahashi Takeda is the son of Kenshi and desciple of Scorpion, who first appeared in the comic (and later video game) Mortal Kombat X. I used a couple of figures from the figure line "The Corps!" at Wal-Mart (no idea what the names of the characters are) and the whips are from Omega Red, with the mask partially from Ghost Rider's skull and partially from Mighty Putty.
