Mr. Negative was a snakehead, a human trafficker whose boat crashed. Fearing incarceration, he stole the identity of one of his victims, Martin Li. He was eventually captured by the NY mob, and experimented upon. With his new powers, he called himself Mr. Negative and built his own criminal empire, while 'Martin Li' became a philanthropist.
The base figure is Chameleon. The head is Steve Rogers, with the chin shaved down slightly and some mods to the hair. For the suit, I separated all the pieces and intended to just spray-paint the white. That didn't quite work out, and I had to use different shades of white and grey. I know a lot of people hate painting yellow, but my Kryptonite is definitely white!! ** Fun Fact** The 'negatives' of this figure look like Sean Connery 007!
