Swapped heads between Hi-tech and Cobra Commander, will be using the other combination for another Batman/Sigma 6 custom. Ground away the uniform and some muscle details and removed some of the skirt pieces. Used a lot of Green Stuff to make the suit. The tie is black foam cut to shape. Cut down Hi-tech's mouth and sculpted the mouth and added hair to the back of his head. The flower is foam as well. The gun is a mash up of a couple different pieces.
