Story:When Mel was ten years old he wanted to be just like his dad.Mel said dad can you train me in the way of anestuken.Of course ken saying yes many years went by and by but Mel could never beat his dad it was his sixteenth birth day when Ryu came to celebrate.Mel had always looked up to him Ryu gave him some lessons for his birthday.during that year Akuma had secretly poisoned ken food and ken got very sick he and his mom tried to help him but he couldn't heal he soon passed away.his mom tried to raise money for Mel but just couldn't a couple of days later Ryu finding out that ken had died took Mel and trained him til he was 20.one night akuma had blasted through the wall of their home and fought Ryu but could not win he ended up finishing ryu.Mel did not know what to do but go out on his own he died his hair black like Ryu but kept a little blond for his dad.he had trained in the woods for a couple of months after stumbling across akuma in his base training Mel said AKUMA! akuma was surprised that Mel found him and said you found me the fought and fought Mel asked why are you so young still.Akuma replied because I have so much satsu no haido that's why.akuma was winning and then akuma said now you will be with your dad Mel grunted dad.He unleashed shadokukyaku and knew that this may kill him he used super anestuken akuma yelling nooo Mel was surprised how fast akuma was aging akuma was done for.mel said it was over many years later Mel had got married to a girl named Mia and had a happy life training and living
